Events and Get-Togethers

A big part of CAMBA are our events. We try to provide the opportunity to get-together in ways and places that are suitable for families with multiples. We want to make it easy, affordable and fun to socialise as a family.

Get-Togethers with other Parents

Regular catch-ups are arranged for age-specific groups – Under 1’s and expectant parents, Over 1’s, and Over 3’s – and are hosted at Bowen Street Community Centre or in parks and cafés (and restaurants too for a night for mum or dad!). CAMBA also offers Solo Connect for single parents.

Family Outings

We hold a range of activities throughout the year. These include annual trips to Kew Traffic School, Collingwood Children’s Farm, Burwood Fire Station, Mothers’ Day dinner, Fathers’ Day trip to Box Hill Miniature Railway, Easter Egg hunt and our amazing CAMBA Christmas Party.

Information Evenings

CAMBA arranges guest speakers to present on a range of issues specific to multiples. Regular topics include competition in multiples, resilience, first aid and school readiness.
